You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods, There may be exceptions to our Returns policy for Made-to-order items. To do so, please email info@lottshop.co
You must return the goods to us in their original and resalable condition within 7 days.
Refunds
We will then refund your purchase less shipping costs within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Any items returned to us must be in their original and resalable condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them.
You’ll need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
